Michelle is the President of MetaCC Incorporated where she primarily functions as a Human Resources Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. During this time, she has worked in a variety of industries ranging from consulting, professional services, legal, financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, government, broadcasting and consumer packaged goods. Currently, Michelle is also the Community Producer and Host of the educational TV show, "Coaching for Today's Workplace" on Rogers TV (Peel Region).
On a personal note, Michelle is best known for her integrity, high level of professionalism and strong work ethic. She is a firm believer in treating people with respect and raising awareness to ensure her clients consider all their options to make informed decisions. Michelle's collaborative and innovative approach ensures her clients are always provided with strategic and customized solutions to their needs.

Michelle is the Managing Director at MetaCC Incorporated where she primarily functions as an Executive Leadership Coach and Human Resources Consultant. She has over 20 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. Michelle leverages her knowledge and experience as a certified Human Resources practitioner to provide strategic coaching to Senior Executives they navigate all areas of organizational development and change.
Michelle also leads customized leadership coaching programs focused on the integration and development of professionals in the corporate sector. As part of these programs, Michelle partners with leaders to identify and effectively manage challenges related to effective leadership, attracting and retaining talent, developing high performers, engagement, total rewards and succession planning. Additionally, Michelle works collaboratively with key stakeholders to transform organizational cultures by identifying and effectively managing barriers to advancement for marginalized groups.
Michelle is very passionate about learning at all levels. In addition to her Executive Coaching and Consulting practice, Michelle also develops and facilitates workshops focused on professional development.
